" We've been using Another 9 since 2002.  They were one of 6 vendors we looked at to host our website.  It was our first ecommerce website and we needed support.  After a lot of evaluation they were picked.  The website has been with them ever since.  The nice thing about Another 9 is when we were short a technician or we were in an area we were really uncomfortable with, they had somebody on staff to pitch in and help us right away.   Our experience with them has been fantastic.   We've had very little downtime.  Recently we had to upgrade our servers and Another 9 provided somebody to work with us.  We had the new servers up in record time.  There was no lost time on the website at all.
